Three steps. One surprise.

The surprise is Windows' blue screen: the app is not signed with a paid certificate yet, so Windows warns you as a precaution. Here's what to do.

  1. Download the installer

    The file Kaury.Clean_0.8.0_x64-setup.exe lands in your Downloads folder.

  2. Open it, and get past the Windows warning

    If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway.

  3. Follow the installer

    Kaury Clean installs in Program Files, with a shortcut in the Start menu (Kaury Studio folder) and on the Desktop. Open it and click Scan.

To uninstall it, someday: Settings › Apps › Kaury Clean › Uninstall.

My browser blocks the download

Some browsers flag .exe files that haven't been downloaded much. In the downloads list, choose Keep. The file comes straight from the releases published on the official GitHub repository.

I don't see "Run anyway"

It only appears after you click More info, right under the warning text. On a computer managed by a company or a school, the administrator may have blocked unsigned apps.

My antivirus is worried

A recent app that isn't signed yet may be flagged as a precaution. The code is public on GitHub and the installer is built there automatically. If your antivirus still blocks it, let us know.
